If you don't have portal access, your management company's front office can provide a copy.
What to look for specifically
- Vendor access hours — many HOAs restrict what hours outside vendors (including pet waste services) can be on the property
- Visibility requirements — some communities have specific rules about yard waste being visible from the street or a shared fairway/common area
- Leash and containment rules tied to waste — some HOAs bundle pet waste expectations into broader pet-containment rules
