How weekly service works

No apps to download, no long onboarding. Here's exactly what happens from your first call to your first visit.

1

Call or request a quote

Tell us how many dogs you have, your yard size, and how often you want service. We'll give you a price on the spot — no in-person estimate needed for most yards.

2

We schedule your first visit

If your yard hasn't been cleaned in a while, the first visit is priced separately as an initial cleanup so your weekly plan starts from a clean baseline.

3

We text before we arrive

You'll get a heads-up on the day of service so you know when to expect us — no guessing.

4

Full-yard walk-through

We check the entire accessible yard, not just the open lawn — fence lines, side yards, and planter beds included.

5

Gate-closed photo confirmation

Before we leave, we confirm your gate is latched and send a photo — your dog's safety matters as much as a clean yard.

6

Billed monthly, cancel anytime

No contracts. If your schedule changes or you want to pause, just let us know before your next billing date.

What we don't do

Being upfront about the boundaries of the service.

We're not a landscaping service

We remove pet waste — we don't mow, trim, or handle general yard debris. If your gate access overlaps with a landscaping day, let us know so we can coordinate timing.

We don't guarantee sanitization

We clean our equipment between properties as standard hygiene practice, but we don't claim to disinfect or sanitize your yard itself — just to remove the waste thoroughly and consistently.
