Course-facing yards, gated access, and HOA visibility standards. We schedule these yards for early-morning windows and keep equipment out of view from the fairway. Vendor access procedures vary by sub-association — we coordinate directly with the front gate ahead of your first visit.
An active-adult community where many residents keep their dogs on a consistent outdoor schedule. We work around that schedule where possible rather than the other way around.
Established, smaller residential lots on the west side of La Quinta near the mountains. Lot size doesn't change our process — every yard gets the same full walk-through.
